Additional felony charges involving sex offenses against children were brought against a Holly Ridge man.Kenneth Reinhold, 32, of Kenny’s Ave. in Holly Ridge was arrested Oct. 25 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with sexually-related offenses against four young females, all under the age of 13.According to warrants, the offenses occurred on different dates and spanned different periods of time.Alleged offenses against two of the girls, [...]
