Samuel Joseph Stephens, 28, of Fairway Road in Jacksonville, was arrested Oct. 19 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine.Stephens is accused of possessing methamphetamine, according to warrants.Bail is set at $2,000.
