Terrie Teachey Strange, 56, of Holly Shelter Road in Jacksonville, was charged Oct. 10 by the Holly Ridge Police Department with larceny of a dog.Strange is accused of stealing a yorkie mix male puppy belonging to another woman, according to warrants.Bond was set at $2,000.
