Larceny Michael S. Patterson, 35, of Pineview Road in Richlands was arrested Sept. 25 by Jacksonville Police Department for felony larceny by removing/deactivating an anti-shoplifting device; misdemeanor larceny and felony possession of a controlled substance on jail premises.
