Tyrone Faison, 24, of 15th Street in Midway Park, was arrested on Sept. 4 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and felony conspiracy.Faison is accused of stealing a silver 2007 Dodge Caravan, valued at $7,000, and conspiring with one other to commit said theft, according to warrants.Bail is set at $5,000.
