Marcus Chadwick, 29, of Kellumtown Road in Hubert was arrested Sept. 1 by Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.He is accused of possessing one-half ounce of marijuana and possess baggies and a scale, warrants state.Bond of $2,000 was set.
