James A. Lewis Jr., 65, of Arlington Meadows Drive in Jacksonville was arrested Aug. 31 by Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony financial card theft and misdemeanor financial card fraud.He is accused of taking a bank card without the consent of the card holder and used it to obtain $239, warrants state.Bond of $2,000 was set.
