Cabellero Hecdia Rodriguez, 34, of Banks Street Jacksonville, was charged Aug. 17 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony larceny removing, destroying or deactivating security device and misdemeanor larceny.Rodriguez is accused of stealing a pair of hoop earrings, an automotive item and 12 clothing items from the Wal-Mart in Jacksonville, according to warrants.Bond was set at $5,000.
