Cody L. McNabb, of Camp Lejeune, was charged Aug. 14 by the Jacksonville Police Department with felony obtaining property on false pretense.McNabb is accused of pawning three pieces of stolen jewelry in exchange for $70, according to warrants.Bond was set at $2,000.
