Ashleigh Parkin, 18, of Parnell Road in Hubert, was arrested Aug. 10 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony identity theft, felony financial card fraud, and felony obtaining property by false pretenses.Parkin is accused of using another person’s personal ID number to steal $406 from their savings account, according to warrants.Bond totaled $20,000.
