Kayla Vanessa Hernandez, 24, of Carolina Circle in Jacksonville was arrested Aug. 8 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with two counts of felony larceny by removing, destroying, or deactivating security equipment and felony conspiracy.Hernandez is accused of conspiring with another woman to steal two sexual toys from Pricilla McCall’s, according to warrants.Bond totaled $7,000.
