Amparo Bracero, 46, of Bell Fork Road in Jacksonville was arrested Aug. 2 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony conspiracy, misdemeanor injury to real property, and misdemeanor resisting a public officer.Bracero is accused of conspiring with Luis Mercado-Garcia to break into another person’s property, destroying a screen window in the process, and then giving false information to law enforcement, according to warrants.Bond totaled $20,000.
