Brittney Elyse Mitchell, 25, of Liberty Point in Jacksonville was arrested April 24 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with financial card theft, larceny of a motor vehicle and possessing controlled substance on prison/jail premises.Mitchell is accused of stealing a 2005 Ford F150 worth $5,000, a Capital One credit card, and possessing heroin in the Onslow County Detention Center, according to warrants.
