A woman shot at the Budget Inn Tuesday afternoon has died and the police have identified the man wanted in connection with her death.The Jacksonville Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at the Budget Inn, located at 1316 Marine Blvd. in Jacksonville, at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday and found Felicia Parker, 41, had been shot, according to a news release from the police department on Wednesday.Parker was transported to Onslow Memorial Hospital for treatment and later died [...]
