John Stephen Robosky, 37, of Belgrade Swansboro Road in Maysville was arrest on July 27 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance in prison or jail and possession of heroin.Robosky is accused of possessing heroin in the Onslow County Detention Center, according to warrants.Bail is set at $10,000.
