Corrine Sabrina Spears, 40, of Kensington Drive, was arrested on July 25 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with possession with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver heroin, selling heroin, delivering heroin, manufacturing a controlled substance and felony conspiracy.Spears is accused of packaging, selling and delivering 1 gram of heroin and conspiring to sell heroin with Gilroy Wilson, according to warrants.Bail totaled $10,000.
