A motorcyclist and his passenger were injured Sunday evening in Swansboro sending both riders to area hospitals.According to Swansboro Police Department Lt. Dwayne Taylor, the motorcycle was being driven by Carlton Hill, 42, of Jacksonville, along eastbound N.C. 24—Corbett Avenue—around 8:20 p.m. with his passenger, 35-year-old Dana Duhon, of Jacksonville, when he “suddenly swerved out of the lane of travel to avoid traffic congestion.”Taylor said [...]
