A man accused of fatally shooting a retired Marine is scheduled to go to trial in October.Shawn Donnell Sturdivant, 50, is charged with first degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Joshua David Lindauer, according to previous Daily News reports.Sturdivant allegedly shot Lindauer in the head with a .22 caliber bolt-action rifle on March 6, 2017, The Daily News reported.
