The Jacksonville Police Department is asking for the public's help searching for a 78-year-old man.A Silver Alert was issued for James Wilson Jr. late Thursday, describing him as a black man about 5'11" and 196 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.Wilson, who has dementia and at times believes he is still active duty, walked away from his Country Club Road home on Thursday, according to the police department.
