A Jacksonville man charged with multiple sex offenses against a child remained in jail late Wednesday.Nicholas Warren Phillips, 20, of Aberdeen Lane in Jacksonville was charged Tuesday by the Onslow County Sheriff's Office with statutory sex with a child under 15 years of age, indecent liberties with a child and sexual battery.Phillips is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl between December 2017 and March 2018, according to warrants.
