Rosalind Marie Bonilla, 27, of Hubert Blvd. in Hubert was arrested April 18 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with larceny remove/destroy/deactivate component.Bonilla is accused of removing the spider wrap deactivating component from a laptop computer belonging to Walmart, according to warrants.Bond was set at $4,000.
