A wanted felon led police on a high-speed chase on a major Jacksonville roadway Tuesday before being captured.Curtis Bill Harris IV, 26, with addresses of Bayberry Court in Jacksonville and Belgrade-Swansboro Road in Stella was arrested by the Jacksonville Police Department on April 3 and charged with fleeing and eluding arrest with a motor vehicle, reckless driving to endanger, speeding, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
