A Jacksonville man will serve five to 11 years in prison for pimping a 15-year-old girl.Cedrick Mattocks, 28, of South Willow Lane pleaded guilty March 21 in Onslow County Superior Court to promoting prostitution of a minor.The girl met Meyonna Miller, 21, of North Drive in Jacksonville who introduced her to Mattocks, according to a press release on his conviction.
