The Carteret County Sheriff’s Office, Morehead City Police Department, and Havelock Police Department have charged and arrested six more individuals during ‘Operation Winter Storm’. The operation is a collaborative effort between the law enforcement agencies that targets persons involved in the illegal sell and delivery of narcotics.
