A Hubert man has been charged with sex abuse against a child.Eddie David Lewis Jr., 22, of Riggs Road in Hubert was arrested by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 10, and charged with indecent liberties with a child, according to warrants.Lewis is accused of committing a “lewd and lascivious” act upon an 11-year-old girl who was known to him through a mutual acquaintance, according to OCSO Maj.
