Meth labs may be on the decline but Onslow County is still in the lead, according to recent data from the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation.In 2017, there were 232 clandestine lab responses, a decline of 144 labs over 2016 closures, according to the data. Onslow County led all 100 counties with 21 lab responses.Nearby Jones and Pender counties had no clandestine lab responses in 2017.
