A Camp Lejeune Marine has been accused of strangling a woman.Lance Cpl. Andrew Evans Winzeler, 24, of Sherwood Road in Jacksonville was arrested by the Jacksonville Police Department on Jan. 22 in relation to a domestic violence incident and charged with assault by strangulation and assault on a female.Winzeler is accused of causing redness around the esophagus by strangulation, according to warrants.Winzeler made his first appearance Jan. 23 before Onslow [...]
