A woman found dead in the Piney Green area has been identified.Shelby Brianne Brown, 22, of Jacksonville was identified through an autopsy conducted Jan. 8 at the Medical Examiner’s Office in Greenville, according to Onslow County Sheriff’s Office Maj.
