A dispute between roommates escalated resulting in a Jacksonville man charged with two counts of assault.Willie Leroy Wigfall, 56, of Georgetown Road in Jacksonville was arrested by the Jacksonville Police Department on Dec. 28 and charged with assault by strangulation and assault inflicting serious bodily injury.According to warrants, the alleged incident occurred on Dec. 23 at Wigfall’s residence he shared with the victim.
