A Craven County Sheriff’s Office lieutenant has been arrested in Carteret County and charged with assault.According to the arrest report, David Paul Craft, 40, was arrested early Sunday morning at 7th and Arendell streets in Morehead City and booked into the Carteret County jail on charges of assault.Craft is charged with assaulting a woman at Jack’s Waterfront Bar in Morehead City.
