A Jacksonville man will remain in jail under no bond until at least Monday after being accused of strangling a woman.Isaiah Xavier Bryant, 22, of Valencia Drive was arrested Oct. 28 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with felony assault by strangulation and misdemeanor assault on a female.Bryant is accused of hitting a woman, causing a busted lip and strangling her, leaving bruises on her neck, according to warrants.Additional information was not [...]
