A disturbance at a Jacksonville apartment complex ended with the arrest of a Dennis Road man.Donnie Ray Johnson, Jr., 36, of Dennis Road in Jacksonville was arrested by the Jacksonville Police Department on Oct. 18 and charged with assault by strangulation.Police were called to a report of a disturbance at Plaza Manor Apartments around 8 p.m. Oct. 18 where found a 28-year-old female with purple bruises and finger prints on her neck, according to warrants.
