An Jacksonville man has been charged with strangling and assaulting a woman after entering her residence uninvited.Delaney Abraham Miles, 61, of Country Road in Jacksonville was arrested Sept. 26 by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office and charged with assault by strangulation and assault on a female.According to OCSO Maj.
